1. What you are buying
A seat in the CrossGen AI From Service to Strategy cohort, a four-week educational program led by Sean Patterson beginning August 1, 2026. The cohort includes live instruction sessions on the published Saturday dates (two-hour classes, attended live on Zoom), supporting materials, and access to the cohort recordings for the duration of the program. You are not buying a software product, a subscription, or perpetual access to a platform.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old. Each seat is registered by the person who will attend. We do not support buying a seat on behalf of someone else through this form.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card information. Your purchase is complete once Stripe confirms the charge. Pricing is the price published on the landing page at the time of purchase. This is a one-time charge for a single cohort seat. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring billing.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. The full policy is on our Refund Policy page.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all intellectual property rights to the curriculum, materials, recordings, and methods presented during the cohort. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal and your company's internal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the materials.
You retain all intellectual property rights to anything you bring to the cohort (your company's data, your problems, your written work). We will not use your company's specifics in marketing without your written consent.
6. Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for the benefit of cohort participants who miss a session. Recordings are not published outside the cohort. By participating, you consent to being recorded. If this is not acceptable, write to sean@crossgen-ai.com before the first session.
7. Conduct
The cohort is a live, working group. We expect respectful conduct. We reserve the right to remove a participant for repeated disruptive behavior at our discretion.
8. No professional advice
The cohort is educational. Nothing presented constitutes legal, financial, tax, or strategic-business advice for your specific situation. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
9. Privacy and your data
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email sean@crossgen-ai.com from the email address tied to your purchase.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossGen AI's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the cohort seat. CrossGen AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under California law.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that ends up in court must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and both you and CrossGen AI consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
12. Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, email sean@crossgen-ai.com first. Most issues resolve in a single back-and-forth. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty days, either side may file an individual claim in small claims court in Orange County, California, or pursue any other remedy available under California law. Nothing in these terms waives your right to bring an individual claim in small claims court.
13. Electronic communications and records
By registering, you agree that CrossGen AI may communicate with you electronically (email, the cohort platform) and that electronic records (your registration, your payment receipt, these terms as published at the time of purchase) satisfy any legal requirement that the communication or record be in writing.
14. General provisions
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and CrossGen AI about your cohort seat. You may not assign your seat or these terms to anyone else without our written consent. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of that part or of any other part.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms applicable to your purchase are the terms published at the time of purchase. Material changes will be announced to active cohort participants by email.
